Shipping is free.

Shipping & Timelines

We dispatch our products within 1 to 2 days from the order date, from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), and it takes another 1 to 4 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.

RETURNS POLICY

We stand behind the products we create. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, have received an incomplete/wrong order or believe your product is defective, please contact us so we can make things right. 

In case of a return, you may choose any other item of the same value or more. We offer refunds only if the item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement/return:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and return it within 10 days
  
• Your item must be unused and the labels as well as packaging intact

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:

• The return request is made outside the specified time frame
• The product has been used

RETURNS PROCESS

Please email us at supportuae@pabscompany.com to submit a return request. Please mention your email and order number, and submit your request. Once your request is approved, we will send you a Shipping Label that you can attach to the shipping box and send it back to us, or ask you to send us the item depending on the specific situation.

Once we receive the item and it passes our quality assessment, your return request will be completed. If you asked for an exchange, this will be shipped out to you. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued in the case of a manufacturing defect. On receipt of the product in the original condition, we will refund the full amount (not including shipping charges, duties, and taxes if applicable) back to your account in 15 to 25 working days.

CANCELLATION

You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please get in touch with our team by emailing us at supportuae@pabscompany.com (or using our "help" portal below) with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
